My experience here was awesome, all the ladies at the front desk was sooo nice and understanding and they work with you and around your schedule. My favorite lady at the front desk was Nicole she’s the best ! Dr.Chelsea is great and very professional and really down to earth. This is a wonderful place and they will get you right !
Used this therapy office for physical therapy/ rehab after my car accident. Nicole, Veronica, and Giselle were very pleasant!! They make your process quick and easy , never a long wait.. Dr Chelsea is also very nice! They accommodate patients with no personal transportation, to & from appointments ! Just a great experience overall ! 10/10 !
As a Disabled Army Veteran I was blessed to have the VA refer me to this practice for chiropractor services. From scheduling the new patient appointment to the reception upon entering the office.... complete peace and professionalism. The women that work there (Laura, Esther and Gissele), make me feel welcomed and comfortable at each one of the circuits. Their smiles and customer service focused care is unmatched. For years, it's been like I'm a walking cement ball but since coming to Mid-Atlantic Spinal Rehab & Chiropractor (Eastern Ave), Dr Scot has helped my muscles loosen and my aches to start to subside. I'm only on session 3 and I'm feeling results already...I can't wait to see the transformation at the end of 6 sessions. If you have a jacked up body, like mine, do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment today... but don't try to take my time slots... lol. Tell them #TeamNosey sent you!
I absolutely LOVE this place! The office is always clean and the staff treats you like family. I have never had an issue with scheduling or rescheduling and I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for caring for me so well!
