Midtown is a lovely, intimate studio where instructors are thoughtful, supportive and helpful. I particularly love Olivia- she's super knowledgable but takes time to help everyone and keeps things very engaging.
First of all I was hesitant to join any group class, I have thought about it for a few weeks whether to join any class preferably close to my place (Etobicoke) however I have been seeing Midtown Pilates on my Instagram ads and followed their account and got to their posts and stories and know about the details their classes and schedule. And now I have been in few classes and im loving it, every after class feels amazing, you feel relaxed yet flexible
Midtown Pilates is wonderful! I love the small class sizes, the instructors are all amazing and really get to know you well. I feel the pricing is great value, particularly when you opt for class packages. I especially love the flow that all of the classes have! I highly recommend Midtown Pilates.
I took a combo workshop (mat + reformer) at this Pilates studio and absolutely loved it! The class was small, with only six reformers, which made for a very personal experience with plenty of guidance from the instructor. The workout was both challenging and enjoyable, and I left feeling stronger and more aligned. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well-structured and supportive Pilates class!
I've been going to Midtown Pilates since July 2024 and have found the Midtown Pilates team of teachers to be a welcome change to my experience of Pilates over the last 3 years. Lovely ladies! I personally enjoy Adel's intermediate Reformer - Hips, Core & Glutes classes which have contributed to my strength, stability and stamina noticeably increasing. She's a teacher who really enjoys challenging her students/clients to go further! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for that push. I'm always pleased at the end of the class (even though it's hard during it!).
