Just had my husband's 2012 Dodge Challenger serviced there for less than optimal engine temps. Turns out it was a sealing issue and they replaced the thermostat for free, but we had other issues repaired with them before (radiator issues, alignment etc.) These guys know what they're doing and they always aim to do right. Great customer service and turn around time. Also pricing is great and I doubt there's other shops that beat their price and service abilities. If you want a place that doesn't bs you, go here.
Came in for a check engine light diagnosis for a p0344 camshaft position sensor code that put my truck in limp mode. They just threw a new cam and crank position sensor at it and cleared the codes and called it a day. They didnt check oil for metal debris / damage, they didnt verify that the problem was beyond just the sensor, they said the truck was fixed and charged me $600+. 2 days later i get the same code, same issues for an engine thats bricked that i wasted an extra $600+ on for no reason.
Just wanted to let you guys know my old Mopar buddy, Stuart Sutton, was able to locate near perfect rear bumper for my ram 1500! He promptly me sent me the link to pay for it which I did, as I am working out of town I explained my wife would be able to pick it up sometime a week later he said no problem whatsoever and it absolutely was not any problem! She arrived with the receipt number the PO, the guys there more than gratefully placed in the back of my truck for her and she was in and out of there and a very timely manner. Big shout out to Stuartt Sutton once again and the staff at Midway!
I have taken my car here several times since I moved to Norfolk a couple of years ago. Always satisfied with their work and the turnaround time is also impressive; they are usually able to get my car in and complete the work the same day that I call. Excellent customer service.
Friendly, professional, and fast same-day safety inspection! I needed a state safety inspection at the end of the month and other shops were either booked for weeks or didn’t answer the phone. Midway was different—when I called, the lady told me they could fit me in if I arrived before 3:30. When I got there, I waited about 30–45 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me in a queue parked along the street, then Joshua handled my inspection in just 15 minutes. They have a small waiting area with chairs inside the garage, it was pretty cool to observe everyone working. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and professional. Really appreciate that they squeezed me in same-day—highly recommend!
