We dined at Miel de Agave and ordered the tomahawk steak, which was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and satisfying. We paired it with an Old Fashioned, and the two complemented each other beautifully. For dessert, we had the creamiest cheesecake that wasn’t overly sweet just perfectly balanced. Everything from the food to the experience was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks Alex for the great service and food recommendations!
We had a great experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. The pork belly chicharrones were perfectly crispy with rich flavor, and the avocado mousse added a smooth, fresh contrast that tied the dish together really well. The shrimp aguachile was equally impressive—fresh, vibrant, and packed with bold citrus and spice. Our server, Alex, made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, checking in at just the right times and making us feel genuinely welcomed. Excellent food and excellent service—we’ll definitely be back.
I cannot recommend Miel de Agave enough. My first visit was on New Year’s Eve, where we were introduced to Jazmyn. She is a master of her craft; she took the time to understand our palates before guiding us through the menu with incredible recommendations. We started with the Tuna Tiradito, which was remarkably fresh and light, yet packed with a sophisticated punch of flavor. For the main, we shared the Ribeye de la Casa—it was a culinary masterpiece, perfectly seared, incredibly tender, and rich with authentic flavor. The experience was so seamless that I booked a company dinner for 20 people, specifically requesting Jazmyn. Managing a group of that size is no easy feat, but she handled it with total confidence and professionalism. She curated individual drink recommendations for my guests based on their specific tastes, and by the end of the night, everyone was raving about her. The food at Miel de Agave is world-class, but it is the service that makes it a destination. Jazmyn transformed two dinners into unforgettable experiences. We will definitely be back!
Loved the atmosphere of this restaurant and the staff was TOP NOTCH! My Pasta was a little on the spicy side for me and everyone was so kind to try and make our experience wonderful! They truly went out of their way. We loved the Elotes to start our dinner. Perfect amount of kick with tangy lime... highly recommend! The Montaraz is a coffee cream based flavored liquor that was absolutely delicious. Easily a new favorite and can be served simply over ice. Grab fried ice-cream or cheesecake to wrap up your meal and I promise you won't be disappointed!
This was my first stop in town. The staff was attentive. My waitress, Jazmy, was friendly and helpful. I had the Aguachiles, the Birra Torta, and a PricklyPear Mocktail. All were delicious. The atmosphere was great. There was live music at the perfect volume, loud but no so loud you couldn't have a conversation at the table. I will be going back.
