The friendliest, most accommodating, service team - even in the face of a crazy busy holiday week - they said yes to all inquiries and produced quality work in a timely manner from both a tailoring and cleaning aspect. The operation is a total class act - little candy dishes at each station, coffee, cookies, popcorn, the whole schmear. A through and through service oriented approach and execution. Legit the best joint in town.
The service is impeccable. I took in a jacket with a bad zipper The tailor explained the reason I couldn't zip it was because I was too short for the zipper. The zipper was way too long for me to zip it. Weird but totally made sense. He put in a new zipper and started 8-10 inches higher than it had originally been. IT IS PERFECT. Plus, this took less than one week. We had a lot of laughs with me attempting to zip up the original zipper. Milt & Edie's is an amazing experience for anyone! I wholeheartedly recommend!
Absoluteltly speechless by the service Milt & Edie's has provided me. I came to them with a total emergency the week before Christmas. I had gotten some sort of unknown brown liquid all over my irreplacable vintage velvet dress from the 60s and was distraught. Another dry cleaners had told me that I had already ruined it and they would HAVE to get it wet to even try to clean it and that they would destroy it in the process. I took it back heartbroken until a coworker told me about Milt & Edie's. She said they are legendary and if they can't save it, nobody can. I called them and they told me to bring it to them straight away. When I got there they were so kind, I was in tears and they brought me water and tissues. One of the managers, Robert, helped me and was so patient. He said they would do their absolute best and would NOT wet the dress and be as gentle as possible. I came back the next week to pick it up, not being hopeful as velvet is so hard to clean. When I got it back I could not believe my eyes. The dress looked BETTER than before I got the liquid on it! I had tears of joy instantly. They truly performed a Christmas miracle. Not to mention they charged a little under 30 bucks for such a tough job; I was expecting way more. They have also gained a customer for life. If you have anything valuable or near and dear to you, bring it here, nowhere else. I cannot recommend them enough
The customer service is always warm, professional, and consistent. They go above and beyond every time. I also love that they keep snacks available, such a simple touch that makes the whole experience feel welcoming. My clothes always come back perfectly cleaned and on time. Fast, reliable, friendly, and high-quality… I genuinely love this place! Highly recommend.
The absolute BEST in the business! Great staff, great pricing, wonderful tailors — and open all the time?! Bless them. This has been my go to dry cleaner/tailor for almost 10 years and I wouldn’t change a thing! Could not recommend them more.. they truly are incredible and beyond reliable for all your needs. Plus.. we love the popcorn and cookies. We love ya Milt & Edie’s !!!
