Wow! That was one of the best cleans we have ever had. Big acknowledgement to Wally and his colleague Lily I believe. They really put their heart and soul into it like it was their own home. And they're such lovely, respectful people, even played with our son. Other cleaning companies are in and out without saying a word. I wish I had before and after photos, you won't be disappointed.
Poor. Minus 1 star minimum. Cleaner did not clean adequately and disputed this when shown the evidence first hand, cleaner was on her mobile multiple times and went to leave earlier than the duration of the service. The cleaner took photos in my home without consent - followed by lying about photos being in T&C's - confirmed with MM photos are in the cleaners contract - not customers. Cleaner was rude and argued with me repeatedly to ring MM about photos before she had completed the job. Lodged complaint with MM who still took full payment and provided false feedback - including that I declined allowing the cleaner to take photos!
The team from Miracle Maid have been really good to work with! 10/10 communication - Reminders were helpful. Adi, our cleaner, he messaged me in advance his expected arrival time. 10/10 service - Very happy with Adi’s work. He is very methodical, thorough and respectful with our space. Very keen to continue working with him.
If you’re looking for a quality service, look elsewhere. The quality of service is well below any reasonable expectation. After commencing the job they called requesting additional costs for a deeper clean then failed to address even the basics. After raising concerns with video and photographic evidence, they simply dismissed our concerns.
Today was my first service with adi from miracle maid. He was on time (early even) efficient, lovely to my cats, friendly and did a very good job considering he was working on his own. He was fully equipped and pleasant to have in my home. I have a shoulder injury and cant clean my house so I am very greatful to adi, lily and miracle maids
