We all know buying a new AC unit can be daunting and expensive. Thankfully, David Compton found a way to make it work through financing. We had an excellent experience with Seth Leu from Mission AC & Plumbing and couldn’t be more impressed. Seth was extremely kind, professional, and respectful of our home. He took the time to carefully evaluate our heating issue and was incredibly thorough in his assessment. He clearly explained what was going on with our system and provided excellent insight into both the immediate issue and potential long-term points to consider, helping us understand our options without any pressure. He answered all of our questions, leaving us confident in the plan moving forward. We were absolutely thankful for his attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to educate us through the entire process. We definitely recommend Seth and Mission AC & Plumbing for any HVAC needs.
Mission was recommended by the previous owners when we purchased the home. Their continued service have been great. When issues do arise, the team is able to respond quickly with same day service. Given the Houston climate, it's great knowing there is help on the way. The technicians have also been super respectful, not pushy on services, proper documentation provided with photo descriptions, detailed explanation of HVAC issues in layman's terms. Overall, very satisfied with services provided by Mission.
Super nice guys from sales presentation to install. Covered all areas in the house prior to work, disposed of a massive amount of debris, cleaned up and hauled it all off. All in one day. Very responsive and explained everything very well.
