I had excellent therapy at Mission District Therapy. Unlike other places I've been where they just tell you do exercises, the therapist here are very hands on and really listen to your concerns. I had therapy on my wrist and the messages they gave me helped relax the muscles in my forearm and increased my motion. I highly recommend this place.
I highly recommend Mission District Therapy located at 3488 2O Mission St SF Ca , owned n supervised by Raul Caimangue . I am Impressed by their expertise , their wholistic approach n techniques in the treatment n rehab of patients. I recognized Rico & Xiomara . Both did a great job to bring back mobility on my right shoulder impingement, tendinitis , right shoulder contusion, neck , back n shoulder pain , cervical & thoracic following my injury caused by a fallen fire extinguisher. Thank you so much n God bless you all .
Very knowledgeable and professional. I went in for post-surgery rehab on my shoulder. Raul diagnosed what needed to be focused on first (such as fixing the issues caused by how I was favoring my bad shoulder). Unfortunately, they are not in my coverage network so I couldn't afford to continue going there. If I didn't have to pay out-of-pocket, I definitely would continue my therapy program there.
Great place for PT. I couldn’t walk or write when I went in and was back to basic sports activity in 6 weeks.
Absolutely Amazing!!! I broke my ankle approximately 4 years ago (2nd time, same ankle) and of course I didn't follow directions, so here I am with a "damaged" ankle. Enter Raul... he has taken so much time to help get my ankle looking and functioning back to "normal". He has also helped get my hip flexors, quads and core aligned. I love that there are no "fancy" machines and they show you how to do exercises at home or while waiting in line at Costco :) The staff is fantastic! Andres will always welcome you with a smile, Rico will handle you with care and Raul, his hands are nothing less than MAGICAL!!! I'm uncertain I will ever be in a stiletto again, however, a wedge is now possible! Mil Gracias Raul!!!
