We recently took our vehicle to Mitek for repairs after being rear ended. After the accident our insurance broker was on it within 2 hours. Magic. We were sent to see Mark at Mitek…off we went and were greeted with kindness and expertise. More Magic. Because of the Christmas holidays etc. it was a bit of a wait but our vehicle was driveable and patience is a virtue. Soon we had an appointment to bring it in. They had the rental car waiting for us..amazing! Time to pick up my baby…it had been polished and detailed inside!!! And ready to go. Once again they looked after having the rental car picked up! Who has service like this these days? A huge shoutout to all the staff involved. We would recommend Mitek highly. At a time when you’re stressed about repairs done after an accident, they made it a very professional, smooth and easy experience. Thanks to all. Much appreciated.

The estimate was thorough, accurate, and clearly explained, which gave me full confidence in the process. It’s evident that they take great pride in their work and truly value customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Mitek for anyone seeking reliable and high-quality service.
Took my $90,000 Audi to this shop for a scratch repair due to vandalism. I chose this shop as they “specializes” in top end cars. Once I got the car back I noticed the repaired side of the car was not shiny and the clear coat was cloudy/milky. I had to take the car back SIX more times for them to correct the problem. I live an hour away from them and it’s was a inconvenience The last time I had to leave the car again for a few days for them to redo the job, and they provided A loaner car, a 15 year-old Mercedes SUV that was falling apart, which was in my opinion not roadworthy… I also noticed that they charge my insurance company for the parts that were never replaced on my car. I did end up notifying my insurance company in regards to this and they ended up reimbursing the insurance company.
I recently took my vehicle to Mitek for some minor rust repair and stone chip paint repairs above my windshield. From the very beginning, Sash De Silva was extremely helpful and professional. He gave me great advice on how to proceed with the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. During the dismantling stage, Sash and his team noticed additional rust that needed attention. He took detailed pictures and invited me to come in person to review the situation so I could fully understand what was happening with my vehicle. I really appreciated the honesty, transparency, and care he showed. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and the service I received. I will definitely be returning to Mitek and continuing to deal with Sash and the team. Highly recommend!
Incredible work, I mean beyond incredible. I got in an accident and my car (BMW X7) needed the door replaced as well as a paint job done, I was afraid that if I go to a random mechanic that they might use cheap NON-OEM parts and just completely mess up everything, not here at Mitek, they took care of the car as if it was theirs. God forbid I get involved in an accident or I need a repair, no matter where I live I’m coming to Mitek. Furthermore, Red and his team helped me a lot and the customer service was an icing on the cake. If you care about your car, it’s mandatory to come to Mitek.
