I really hope that you, Moana Lani Spa, inform your customers who are checking in after 4:00 PM for services, that your closing time is 6:00 PM. This is not because I want to stay in your spa all day, I also have other things to do, but to inform your customers as a courtesy. Instead, I received a notice from one of your staff in the jacuzzi area that you will be closing in 10 minutes. Informing your customers of your closing time beforehand would allow them to plan accordingly, as I mentioned, not only as a courtesy to your customers, but also to your staff members who had to wait for the customer to rush to finish dressing up in 10 minutes, and the front door closed. I have been coming here although not as often, perhaps every 3 months, and I still do not remember exactly your closing time. Please inform your late afternoon customers of your closing time. The last thing I, as your customer, want to do is inconvenience your staff who are ready to leave work for the day.
Visited Aug. 2022. First time getting a massage and was amazing! You’re able to relax afterwards in the relaxation room. Has a steam room, hot tub, small patio facing the water. Great first time!
One of the best spa experiences ever! The facility is fantastic, with the lounge facing the ocean. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were perfect temperatures, and the spaces are very clean. Everyone here was professional and friendly. Aaron did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage. I highly recommend this spa if you’re in Honolulu!
One of the best massages we’ve ever had. The view was great and the amenities were great. Sitting in the lounge watching the ocean waves crash calmly onto the beach was so calming. There is a hot tub with beach views. The spa is in the Westin right on Waikiki beach. I will definitely be coming here again. Highly recommend. It was a pricey massage but well worth it with the amenities.
Their location and view was amazing. My man therapist had good technics. I have a sleeping left thigh and I told him only that, not details, but he gave me very high technical treatment like a chiropractic. I was surprised. I often get a massage, but therapists just use power. His massage was no painful at all and gave my thigh better. One thing I didn't like was, I got a body polish and I had to be a naked, but they game me a man therapist. I couldn't be relaxed at all during the polish treatment. That's very unsensitive. I was very disappointed.
