What a Blessing they are !! Arrived at the campsite with multiple issues, we called them at 8pm Tuesday night and they were able to come out to Jellystone and help us out. They fixed all issues we had with our 5th wheel including electrical and heater issues. We also had a water leak they repaired as well. Very well knowledged team, Adam and Dana are great !!! All fees were talked about upfront before work was done and prices were very well within reason. Mobile Repair Specialists is a TOP NOTCH mobile repair facility. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again for saving our family trip...
We called the day before Thanksgiving and spoke with Adam, and he was able to come out the next day to Jellystone where we were staying. He showed up on time, found the problem with our camper quickly, and made a fast and effective fix that got our power back on. Thanks to him, our Thanksgiving wasn’t ruined. We’re so grateful for his help and highly recommend his mobile RV service
I found this company through a Google maps search and had no idea how the repairs to my trailer would go. Wow was I surprised by how simple and easy they made the entire process. I described the issue (a gas regulator that needed replacing) and they were on site the next morning to get it replaced. I mentioned a few other things that I had been needing to get done and they had the parts on the truck and were able to get those done during their visit as well. All of the work was top-notch. The pricing was completely reasonable. Plus, I didn't have to take it anywhere to get the work done. I was genuinely impressed with these folks and have them saved in my phone for the next time I need work done on my RV.
We called for assistance with a generator issue in iur Class A. Arrived onsite about 45 minutes later (we were off the interstate in Aledo) and they quickly diagnosed a lack of oul due to a leak. Identified the parts required and some additional options for service of the generator. Quickly got the part and the generator service accomplished. Had concerns about having to replace the carb and he provided some things to try first like running real good fuel treatment through it which totally worked. Twenty bucks in fuel treatment was way better than $700 to purchase and install that carb. Good work ethic, friendly service, and priced right. Keep up the good work and if I ever need anything in the area again I know who I am going to call!
Our 34' Chateaux motorhome broke down 5 miles from a park with a smoking brake on a Thursday evening. After we limped into campground and explained circumstance, we asked for anyone in area for mobile RV repairs. First call was to Adam and boy did we get lucky! We were stranded, he fit us in. He made a special trip out to us on Friday to assess our rig so he could order parts and work us in Monday morning to get us back on the road to LA. Great communication, showed up on time, made quick work to repair a busted caliper, replacing brake pads and very reasonable. We were back on the road home at noon! Even went as far as calling us that evening to make sure everything was OK and we had safely made it to our destination. Super qualified professional with old school ethics. Can't say enough wonderful things about this man and his work! He and his wife were great and we can't thank him enough for taking such great care of us. Only drawback is he's in TX and we're in LA! Highly recommend this veteran, thank you for your service and repair service!
