Quick and professional service every time. I’ve used them for over two years for phone and laptop. Prices are reasonable, even without a discount for Arndale staff! The lads that work there are lovely too!

Honestly a terrible experience. Which has left me £160 out of pocket. My intention was to fix the back camera on my 14 Pro Max, instead I left with my phone screen not working as well as my camera still not working. Arslan attended to me while in store. After opening the screen and reattaching the camera, he reconnected the screen(still fully functional at this point), I trialed the camera(still was not working and required parts according to him). He then attempted to close the phone and put the screen properly in place, at which point he told me my screen wasn’t working. According to him there was a prior issue with the screen and now I would have to pay an additional 180/190 to fix the screen. Then to make things better, he tried to upsell me on buying a new phone, same model from him as ‘it wasn’t worth it to fix it anymore’. After consulting another phone specialist they confirmed the screen had not been taken out properly which led to the damage. I returned to Arslan who told me the best he could was 160 as compensation despite the shop being at fault. Needless to say I didn’t fancy taking my custom there and so went to another shop who were able to give me a better deal than what was offered after I explained the situation. To add insult to injury, he attempted to charge me a service fee of £40 for just opening the phone which he did not make me aware of before I had handed the phone over. Overall a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend if it involves opening your phone up as clearly they are not taking due care.

My phone wouldn't charge anymore, so I brought it here. Raul serviced it for me, and since it was a minor operation (cleaning out the port with a scraping tool) he didn't even charge me. Really nice, honest guy!

avoid as possible I changed the monitor a week ago. It costs me 130 pounds. And I bought a screen protector from there also. After few days, I dropped the phone. And the phone doesn't work again. Because of warranty, I went to fix it again. He refused, said it was internal damage. I said it was new. How can new item damaged so easily. This is the problem of the new screen. He refused to change for me. I just paid 130 pound for few days for nothing.

Had a great purchase experience getting a new case and screen guard for my phone. Arslan Was nice and friendly and helped set it up for me. Definitely Recommend!
