We booked a full grooming package with Mobispaw for our dog, and this was our first time using the service. Unfortunately, the appointment did not start off well, as they arrived about 3 hours late, which was quite inconvenient and stressful, especially when planning around a pet. That said, the groomer himself was very kind and professional, and at first glance my dog looked great when I initially saw her. However, once I had more time to look closely, I noticed several inconsistencies and missed areas in the grooming. Additionally, her nails appear to be bordering on too short, which concerned me. Since the service, my dog has also been acting a bit off, which has added to my worry. Overall, while the groomer was pleasant and clearly cared, the lateness and the quality inconsistencies make this a mixed experience for us. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and attention to detail for future clients.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality grooming without the hassle. The process was seamless and way less stressful on my dog. My dog came out looking absolutely gorg! Not to mention, the customer service is 11/10.
My brother came from the US with his dog and needed grooming fast. This mobile dog spa saved us. The groomer was patient, professional, and made his dog feel so calm. The results were amazing clean, soft, and adorable. We’ll definitely use them again!! Thanks so much Jon you’re the best!!!!
Best groomers ever! They’ve been grooming both of my dogs (golden doodle and multipoo) for years. Genuine, reliable, professional, hardworking people. I would highly and confidently recommend to anyone I love or care about. Outstanding work. My dogs come out fresh, clean, happy and looking like models.
