Pretty disappointing overall experience with Molly Maid as a first time customer. We understand results can be cleaner dependent, but based on our experience we cannot recommend them. I will refrain from using cleaner names out of respect for them. One of the cleaners did a pretty good job. Among the issues we had to deal with were one cleaner being on the phone for several hours until we called and asked for it to be addressed, having to ask several times for big pieces of furniture be dusted for a deep clean, finding lackluster cleaning elsewhere all throughout the upstairs of the house. We understand that you can ask for things to be fixed, but when one worker is not thorough and we keep finding things it is very hard to continue bringing up issues face to face with a cleaner as it is uncomfortable. It was our expectation when hiring the job that some level of expectation would be met without asking or having to check over the work. When dressers aren’t dusted and showers are obviously still dirty, what are we paying for? We have not had these issues with other local companies that have been used and are frustrated with the result. Management was willing to hear our concerns during the job and did call and try to help but did not follow up to ask how things were resolved. Calling to adjust performance mid job when a cleaner has been on the phone still was only a partial fix as the time she was not thorough was still my responsibility as part of the hourly rate.
This was my first cleaning with the company - a deep cleaning before Thanksgiving. The two girls were prompt, polite and did an excellent job. They were easy to talk to and very willing to listen to any requests that I had. I am looking forward to continuing with this service and these two employees, Brittany and Canis, on a every two week regular schedule.
Molly Maid did a great job deep cleaning our house! Melissa and Marilyn (team 9) were on time, prompt and did a thorough job. We couldn’t be more appreciative of them!! :)
I cannot say enough great things about Molly Maid! They were a godsend after just having a baby and feeling like we couldn’t keep the house up on our own. Melissa, Mailyn, and Jhanice made our house SPOTLESS! It feels like a brand new home ❤️
Tyleshia, Vivian and Catlynn were amazing for my first Molly Maid clean ... Fast and super efficient,with my floors, bathrooms and kitchen sparkling clean. I highly recommend Molly Maid of Columbus East and this team in particular! I'll be scheduling again soon!
