Molly Maid Team #5 (Gabriela-Dayana-Yesenia) were fantastic! This is our first experience with Molly Maids, and definitely not our last!!!! We had Team 1 Naye and Marcia, and their service is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail is on another level that I have not experienced with other competitors - the grease on the shelf over the stovetop is taken care of (this can be overlooked easily), took care of all corners with water stain, dusted every rail on the floor, and dusting the lights seem to make the room even brighter. Absolutely the business standard I look for with the price point. Also appreciate Team 1 for being pretty fast with what they have done.
We scheduled a move in service as the previous tenants didn’t do a “move out” cleaning. We were aware that a lot of work was necessary and even tipped the cleaners $100/each ($300 total) as a thank you in advance for their hard work. However, upon returning the next day we were disappointed…and do not feel as though we received the valued that we paid. I contacted management and they didn’t believe that my photos were from after their cleaning as a manager was with the crew the day before and said that everything looked great. They were unwilling to work with us to resolve this matter other than sending cleaners back to clean again. I said thanks, but no thanks. If this was the satisfactory level of cleaning standards then I’ll have to find someone else with higher standards. The manager that I spoke with then stated that if we were going to dispute the transaction with our bank then she would send our case to collections. It was bizarre because there was never a time in our conversation that we mentioned disputing or refusing to pay. Besides, they already processed our card for payment. I simply wanted the management team to know that we didn’t receive the value that we paid and they should train their staff to have a higher level of standards. The managers reply was, If you want your place to look “new” then you should “buy new” (like a new home.)
