We had a very good first experience with Molly Maids. I booked online and they followed up with phone calls and emails. Team #2 with Hermelinda and Teresa did a great job. We will definitely use them again and request team #2!
Molly Maid team #1 did a fantastic job!! Jessica and Raquel were extremely thorough and cleaned spots in my house I didn’t know could be clean! Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be using their services again.
Team 10 (Morales and Olvera) did a wonderful job cleaning my house today. They were friendly, efficient, and detailed, even cleaning my crystal light fixture in my bathroom. As one of the team said: “We clean as if this was our house and not yours.” And they did. I’m very happy with their work and look forward to their next visit.
Phenomenal First Clean! I highly recommend team #13! I just had my first cleaning appointment with Molly Maid, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I was lucky enough to be assigned Team #13, which happens to be my lucky number—and they certainly made me feel lucky. I had them clean the long-neglected parts of my house that had become too overwhelming for me to tackle properly for years. The team was incredibly fast, yet thorough. They left everything super clean and sparkling. It’s such a relief to finally have my whole house back in shape. If you have any deep cleaning needs or long-overdue messes, Team #13 is highly recommended!
So my wife and I spent over $650 for two people to come here for four hours. They missed several areas and doesn’t seem like they use the right material on our stainless steel appliances because you see all the smudge marks. The cabinet doors didn’t get cleaned. The floors didn’t get cleaned which were cleaned by me the day prior just not mopped. We paid for a move out clean. Nothing was inside the house so it made things 100% easier for the cleaners. I guess moving forward when we schedule our monthly cleaning service On our new house we’re gonna go with a different company.
