Really thankful for all the help and service I received at Monro this morning! I had a slow leak in one tire but ended up needing all new tires because they were dangerously old. Monro had what I needed in stock and the technicians were able to get me a new set of tires within an hour! The pricing was transparent and reasonable and the service was excellent!
This is the best tire place I've ever been to! They were very efficient and got my tires on within 24 hours of me going to the shop. They were all excellent at explaining all the different options and giving me choices for what was best for my car. I highly recommend going to Monro on Port Washington!
I hit one of Milwaukee's notorious potholes on Thursday coming home from work, Monro was able to get the tire in and had it replaced for me to be able to return to work with no issues. The guys have great attitudes. Great work, pleasant to deal with 5 star. All the way.
A +++ service. I went in to buy 2 tires instead i was able to get 4 tires. I applied in PayTomorrow program took about 2 minutes and that’s real time. My tires were on less than an hour’s time. Alex was very nice and professional. Great staff friendly and i came in an hour before closing and was friendly and polite with humor. Great experience!
I had a great experience at Monro Auto. They were efficient and had good scheduling options. Also other shops I had tried to call with being new in the area, didn't even answer their phones. And had a light on my dashboard. But they did here. good step one to me. They seem to care about customer service, and I didn't have to pay a fee on the tire pressure check with that it worked out to buy two new tires there. thanks guys
