Excellent service very professional, patient and friendly. Would highly recommend Moore Jewelers. Went in to remove links on my new watch and they not only helped me right away, they offered me something to drink (water, soft drink or coffee) while I waited. Melissa went above and beyond in helping me out. She was kind very friendly and professional while explaining the process while u waited. Will definitely go back for all my jewelry needs.
Moore Jewelers is the best in Laredo. Amazing customer service. You walking in with the best feeling because you know you’re going to be taken care. The staff phenomenal along with being helpful and knowledgeable. It is a one of a kind location and my favorite spot for custom jewelry and one of a kind piece. Highly recommend!

We were welcomed like family by Melissa, who provided her expert guidance when it came to recommending the best restoration services for an heirloom engagement ring that is being passed down to my oldest son who will be giving it to his girlfriend soon! The finished product is beyond beautiful and I’m so happy that Melissa made this experience a memorable one!!!
