I called as an inquiry, This Mr. R Garay sent documents. I explained I was unsure. I have been unsure about filing for disability. I’m just worried about going through the process and being denied. I ask him to give me time to look at the documents and to make up my mind as I type this. I’m literally crying. You have called me so many times I literally sent print screens to this gentleman saying please stop. You’re causing me anxiety like Unreal. They start calling at eight in the morning and don’t stop till eight at night so I sent a print screenshot saying please please stop doing this you are freaking me out with phone calls, text messages and emails. It’s been four days. I have 14 calls from you. I called to say please stop this morning the case manager says I need to be sure it’s you and start saying we may need some added information Just stop your literally scaring me. You’re freaking me out. I didn’t block your number because I literally thought OK. Well they’re just overzealous and if I’m gonna go with somebody, I’m gonna go with somebody that you know is local. I have blocked your number. I have zero desire to move forward with you guys. I don’t know if you guys pay on commission I’m not sure what you’re doing, but this is not right. What’s terrible is I had all but decided to go ahead and apply using your firm but I had a family emergency and when your people called at 8 o’clock at night, I explained that and still they continue to call after I said I will call you guys back. Please quit calling me if everything is recorded it should be there. The only reason I am posting this is because my kid said mom that behavior might cause other people to not get help. If you say nothing then nothing will change. He’s right.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEN!!!! They suck at communicating, they suck with organization, they suck at keeping files, they suck at keeping track of who all is handling a case. They are not honest, they don’t work as a time. They waste your time tremendously! I’m so disappointed in the way my case had been handled. Mind you the case been going on for a year and 4 months with little to NO PROGRESS!! Every week they call asking for proof of things that u have gave them multiple times to multiple people. First person who handled my case never took my case serious he got fired then all my stuff got moved to different people. They want you to do all their work for them. Up until 2 weeks ago someone would call me every 3 months with the same info they gave me 3 months ago. I’m so over them and can’t wait until my case over. Please do your research and check the reviews before you decide to do business with them!!!
My experience with Morgan & Morgan was very pleasant. My case manager, Kelcey, did an excellent job keeping me informed and up to date. Although they were ultimately unable to assist me due to a coverage issue, they investigated quickly and notified me right away, which made me feel like my time was respected. I would definitely consider Morgan & Morgan in the future
