Mitchell showed up on time and quickly identified the problem. He explained the issue and our options for fixing it. Once we made our decision, Mitchell worked quickly and efficiently. He took extra precautions to ensure a thorough clean up afterwards and double checked all of his work before leaving. We are now Priority Advantage members and Morris-Jenkins will be our go to company for HVAC and plumbing work.
I want to start by saying I typically have a great experience when dealing with the company as a whole. The customer service is great. The technicians are always professional and respectful. In December of 2025 I had a shower install that was quoted to be a one-day install but took almost two months completed. Please understand that there were a few underlying factors but that timeline was not the expectation. When my shower door was finally installed I feel like the shower door was put in backwards and it's short than the original shower door. For comparison, I am 6'4 and the shower is roughly about 5 ft 9 in. I would have to bend down nearly a foot in order to get in and out of the shower. It also opens on the opposite end of the nozzle so I have to get in the shower to turn the water on which doesn't sound like a big deal but in the middle of winter when I want the water to heat up before getting in it's going to be hard to do so without getting wet first. I will add photos to review.
Hunter from Morris Jenkins did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing issue. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had everything repaired in no time. His work was neat, professional, and left the area spotless. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism—highly recommend Hunter and Morris Jenkins!
10 out 10 would recommend! I had the pleasure of working with Les, Chris C., Brian, Troy, and Caleb. Those gentlemen were efficient, thorough, positive and polite. We had to have two systems replaced (heating was no longer working) on short notice and these guys worked all day and into the night in the frigid cold to get us up and working again. Very rarely do you see dedication like this nowadays so a huge THANK YOU to those men! I will recommend Morris-Jenkins to anybody because of what Les, Chris C., Brian, Troy, and Caleb provided me and my family...peace of mind.
Matt and his team did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time, knowing what needed to be done, communicated very well throughout the day and did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the project. Workmanship is very clean. Also amazingly fast service. Tech that diagnosed and sold us the work scheduled the re-plumbing for next business day. A+ work!!!
