I had an excellent experience with pattric . The service was fast, honest, and very professional. The staff really know what they’re doing and took the time to explain the problem and the repair process in a way I could understand. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary — just solid, knowledgeable work at a fair price. My bike runs better than ever, and I feel confident bringing it back here for any future service. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants great service and expert motorcycle care! 🏍️
Great, honest, shop… hard to come by these days. They did a fantastic job servicing my Hayabusa and got me back on the road with pure confidence in my machine. Will be back in the future for any further needs. Highly recommended. Thank you.
Usually don’t leave reviews but this shop is definitely worth a visit. Called the Harley dealer to source a fuel line for my sporty which was not in stock (they do not sell rebuild kits either) called Motorcycles Unlimited and they immediately knew what I was talking about and have the rebuild kits on deck. Went in and was able to pick them up plus some extra exhaust studs and gaskets. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be back!

I’ve brought 3 different bikes to the folks at MU and they’ve been good to me. I’ve read some of the negative experiences that some people have had and I can understand coming into a new shop with certain expectations with customer service and those not being met. This is a small shop owned and ran by people who ride. They’re busy and you’ll need to understand that they have opinions and they’ll voice them as they have the right to and ultimately are the authority since you’re going to them. Giving them a chance to get something right as a courtesy is an obligation on the consumer before writing a negative review. I care about people who care about my bike the way I do, and I’ve received that vibe every time I’ve had work done. Their price has beat the local Harley dealership by almost $900 depending on what I’ve had done. I recommend Patrick and Family and will take some “bad with the good” if you will. But they’re not bad, they’re competitive and knowledgeable. Maybe the customer isn’t always right in their shop, which I respect.
