I chose the moving company very carefully. Then I submitted a request and spoke with the manager. I really liked the professional and customer-oriented approach, they answered all my questions and resolved all my concerns. On the day of the move, the crew arrived a little early and started packing the furniture and belongings on time. I want to emphasize their careful and attentive attitude to their work. It was really impressive. There were no delays, which I appreciated very much. Everything was loaded, moved safely and completely, then unloaded, moved to the apartment, the boxes were sorted, and the furniture was assembled.
I’m still in a state of amazed delight after today’s move, organized by Movers Best. I think anyone planning a move shudders at the thought of how to organize it, what to do, and where to start-especially when you need to move 12 shelving units full of heavy books. We were lucky: the Movers Best team came to help and handled everything perfectly. Manager Sultan organized everything, and team leader Boris and his crew worked efficiently, smoothly, carefully, and very quickly. And most importantly-with a great attitude, tact, and kindness. Thank you all so much! We’ll definitely turn to you for help again and recommend you to others.
I want to say a thousand thanks to the team at Movers Best for their highly professional help in organizing my move. The movers and transporters worked with precision, punctuality, speed, and perfect coordination. They handled everything with great care and delicacy.My suits and men’s shirts were transported without being removed from the hangers, in a special wardrobe-style box-truly top-level work. I had never seen anything like it before. I didn’t have to re-iron anything; everything was carefully transferred from one wardrobe to another. The boxes were taken away immediately, and I was refunded for them. The final price was even lower than initially quoted. Huge thanks to everyone involved in organizing the move. It’s amazing that there are still people who put their heart and soul into their work. Deep respect and wishing you prosperity! Keep it up!!! I highly recommend them-you won’t regret it!
A huge thank you to Vitia’s team! Such positive people. They worked carefully and quickly, all in a great mood, which was very pleasant. Upon arrival, they thoughtfully organized everything in the best way, keeping everything well-arranged. I’m really impressed to see such dedication in today’s world, especially in the challenging task of moving. Wishing all the best to the team and to Movers Best. We had a great experience from day 1! Emily took her time going over estimating our move with the pricing and expectations and did a thorough inspection via video call to make it easier for us. She then followed up with us to go over quote and assure us what we could expect with our move. A couple days before Emily followed up to confirm our move and time of arrival. Alex & and packing crew of 3 contacted us and arranged arrival the morning of our move. They arrived on time ready to go. We went over a few things and then they began packing. Our family was able to then leave a resume our day. Pictures were sent as they completed packing and ended the first day of getting us ready to be loaded the following day. The next morning they arrived and began loading with a crew of 6. Alex facetimed us to go over an inspection on the home before heading to our to our new house with all of our belongings. They arrived later in the day. By 8pm that evening they had successfully and carefully unloaded and completed our move. We were all so relieved and grateful to have their help! The following next few days were where we got to see the care the packing crew had taken when packing our belongings. They did an EXCELLENT job packing us. The attention to detail and care was exceptional. We had 3 estimates from moving companies and Movers Best was BY FAR the most organized, professional and clear company we spoke with. From day one to the final stage of our move they held that same integrity. We HIGHLY recommend Movers Best and look forward to using them again next time!
