TEN star review! Very neat and professional. We called 3 landscape contractors. One never returned the call. Another did - five days later. Jennifer with Mow-Mow's returned the call the same day and two days later she was back for planning and estimate work. She was VERY responsive through the entire process. The crew arrived on a Tuesday and the job was done by 2:00 the next day. This was a pretty big job and we were stunned by how fast our front yard was transformed from a weedy, overgrown mess to a beautiful garden. It makes us very happy. Thank you, Jennifer and your wonderful family.
This company is terrible with punctuality, communication, and follow-up. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for tree and bush removal, and a retaining wall at 11:30 am on Monday, July 15, 2024. The first issue was that they were late for the appointment and I had to make a few calls to track someone down to see when they were coming. Jennifer called me back and explained they were behind and could come about an hour and a half later. I accepted the rescheduling. We discussed the requested services and she said she would give me an estimate and even send me information on retaining wall materials to choose from. Today is Wednesday, July 31st and I have not been contacted by phone, email, or text!! This company was late (with no communication to explain or reschedule) and then “ghosted” with the estimate of costs, again with no communication whatsoever. This company is totally unprofessional in my opinion.
I cannot say enough about this landscaping company! There prices are reasonable, got the work done in a timely manner, and communication was great. If you need a landscaping company look no further because they are really THE BEST here in town!
These guys are amazing! We had them re-do our lawn after much damage from pool installation. They were very affordable, quick, did quality work, and started within a few weeks. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.
I cannot say enough about the quick, responsive, and kind service that I received from Mow-Mow's Family Landscaping! They helped me to clean up landscaping beds for my organization and I could not have been more satisfied. If you need quality, professional service, don't hesitate to call. You won't regret it!
