Kimone was very lovely and super personable! She came to my home after we spoke on the phone so she could get an idea of what exactly I wanted cleaned and how labor intensive it would be for her and she priced me based on what she saw instead of giving me an estimation over the phone like so many other places do. On cleaning day, she showed up and immediately got to work and paid special attention to the forgotten areas that most people overlook. I would definitely recommend her cleaning services to anyone, if I ever need another clean in the future I will be returning. I am happy with the job that was done and I am grateful that Kimone was able to clean my place within a week of my call.
Kimone and her staff go above and beyond with their cleaning services, availability and customer service. This is the only cleaning service I trust for my residence, air bnb and to recommend referrals. Almost all of my reviews for my air bnb property state who clean and tidy the place is and that is because of Kimone’s diligence when cleaning and level of professionalism. I highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about Kimone! I’ve hired many cleaning company services in the past but none come close to Kimone’s services. Kimone and her team really do an amazing job and pay attention to little detail which is what I love the most. My house looks beautiful and maintained thanks to Kimone’s services. She is very friendly and punctual and an amazing person! I couldn’t recommend her enough, definitely give them a try and you’ll get 10/10 services for sure!!
