Kevin our electrician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competent! He quickly assessed our problem and got to work on it and finished quickly with excellent work. He took time to answer questions. When they say same day service they mean it. I called at 11:00 AM and the electrician was here at 1:00 PM. I am so happy with his work and happy that I called Mr. Electric!
Mannie and Vincent did a wonderful job replacing my fusebox and outside meter. They also installed better grounding wires next to my H2O meter and fixed a dead outlet in my living room. My electrical system is now up to code and 100% safe! I am truly grateful for their hard work, thorough explanation and courtesy. I highly recommend this company and these electricians.
Chad I. was very professional and helpful. He explained everything well so I understood before he did the work. His work was done quickly and professionally. I had several old outlets that melted, so I really appreciated that he installed new GFCI outlets for me.
They installed an EV charger which was nicely done. They also replaced my electric panel quickly, but there are still issues that need fixing — the dryer breaker won’t stay on, the handle tie is missing, and there’s a drywall hole left open. They need to return and address these problems before I can give full marks. I appreciate their work so far, but I expect a proper follow-up to finish the job right. I'm just disappointed because I did not want to leave a negative review and the technicians that did the work were nice and professional. I just wish they had done a thorough check before leaving my house.
Had Mr. Electric install under kitchen cabinet low-voltage lighting, a team lead by Will spent (2) days evaluating, planning, and installing the transformers, wiring, rope lighting, and switches/outlets. Their job was completed when they were completely satisfied with their work and we were satisfied with the outcome come. All three of the young men were in uniform, polite, knowledgeable, very thorough, and respectable of our property. We would highly recommend their services Thank you See pic of a part of our kitchen
