I'm amazed by the service this company provides. From the online booking process to the financing, everything about my experience with Mr. Electric has been an absolute breeze. Jacob did a great job. He fixed my initial problem the same day and we scheduled an appointment to replace my outdoor panel next Saturday. He seemed very concerned with my situation. He went above and beyond. It's hard to find great service these days, and this company provides just that. I'll be calling them for all of my electrical needs in the future. Highly recommend. Thanks so much Mr. Electric! Edit: I've come back 2 weeks later to mention Jacob again. This man braved below freezing temps to replace our electrical panel. An all day job. He's just great! This man is a treasure and we must protect him at all costs. Promote him!
Tony has been amazing both times he was here. I had him back to check on some flickering lights after the first visit. He checked everything and explained everything as well as showed me his findings. He is very friendly and personable and I also appreciated that he put shoe covers on when coming in and took them off when he went back outside multiple times. I feel confident that everything is safe and working well after him leaving.
Good, easy experience. They were able to schedule someone to come the next day. The electrician who came, Jacob, was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Showed up right when he said he would, very straightforward in assessing the situation and getting to it and knocking it out. The price seemed totally reasonable, but I'm not expert, and I was very happy with how quickly the job was completed. Would be my first call for future needs.
I had a major issue with my power. Half my power was out in my home. Mr Electric quickly returned my call and set up an appointment for the same day. My electrician was Jasper he checked everything thoroughly and found the problem It was an issue with my power co. Jasper was so professional and knowledgeable. His genuine concern for my family safety was so comforting. My electrical panel had to be replaced along with the outside meter and Jasper took care of it all today. He showed up first thing this morning and worked all day to make sure that we were not without power for too long . I will be calling on Mr Electric again for more updates on my home . I will definitely be recommending Jasper with Mr. electric to family and friends
We had an amazing experience with Mr. Electrical. Our technician, Jacob went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly cared about making sure everything was safe and working properly. He stayed at our home until almost 9 PM just to finish the job and help get our power restored the same night. We are so grateful for his professionalism, his honesty, and how helpful he was through the entire process.
