Eric came to fix a pocket door that was stuck in our wall. We were worried we’d have to tear into the wall to fix it, but he was able to resolve the issue without any damage. We’re relieved and very grateful for his work. Eric was friendly, professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
What a nightmare working with this company. To be clear, this is not about the workers who actually did the job, they were great and very professional. The real problem is the company’s administration, which is completely disorganized and unprofessional. From the beginning, I clearly explained what needed to be fixed. They explained the fees, which were already expensive, and I agreed. They were supposed to send someone at 11:00 a.m., but instead called me at 1:30 p.m. to say the job (attaching the kitchen sink) could not be done by one person and that they would need to send two people, of course, charging more. At that point, I felt I had no choice but to accept. When the handyman arrived, he told me that the office made the job sound much more difficult than it actually was and that it did not require two people. Since both workers were already there and the holidays were the next day, I didn’t want to send one of them away without work, so I allowed both to stay. The job was completed, I paid with a check, at that moment since of course they would not leave the house without payment, and that was the end of it…or so I thought. A couple of weeks later, I received a text saying I needed to contact them, apparently, they were “unable to make calls” to do the payment for a service that I receive and I didn’t pay. This lady didn’t bother to ask anything, she just assumed. Again, as if were possible their crew leave the house without payment. Their administration is a mess: they lost a check, have no clear control of client appointments, and lack basic customer service skills. To make matters worse, the woman behind the texts was extremely rude and accusatory, acting as if I were trying to steal from her. She communicated only through demanding text messages. They charge by time, yet show no respect for their clients’ time. I had to spend a long time on the phone with my bank to cancel the check, and when I told her they could come pick up a new one, she simply texted me an address and told me to mail it, without any consideration for whether I had the time to do so. I understand that mistakes can happen, but despite our constant willingness to cooperate and resolve the issue, she remained rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the process. Very disappointing experience.
They were on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. They mounted a 75" TV on the wall (aluminum studs). I've never delt with aluminum studs, but Mr. Handyman had. He had the TV hung in under two hours, start to finish! It was really nice to not have to worry about the installation. Thanks for a job done well.

Drew was on time, very kind, explained everything carefully, and did an excellent job replacing my bathroom vanity. Left everything looking great and took care to keep clean the rest of my house. The only issue was that the quote given initially greatly differed from the final price. While he had to spend more hours than expected due to a problem with my plumbing, he still said he would contact the office staff, because the quote was really off. In light of everything he did, the hours worked, and the final product, I believe the final price was still fair.
