Do you ever have one of those experiences with a Company that blows you away. I had a kitchen drain back up and I filled out a couple of service requests with some well know companies. I won't mention names but after tonight it's "Bye Bob". Anyway. Mr. Rooter called me right back and said same day between 4pm-7PM. Shaquille showed up at 5 and went right to work. Every company needs someone like Shaquille. Smart, courteous, explained everything he was doing. He was careful about not making a mess and really cleaned up after himself. I wish every service call from any company had a Shaquille. When he left both my wife and I were smiling. She had her kitchen back and I witnessed a 5 star service call. Thank you Mr. Rooter and thank you Shaquille.
Mr. Rooter to the rescue! We have been loyal Mr. Rooter customers for plumbing needs at two properties. They are always polite, quick, and know how to get the job done. We have also found their pricing to be fair and scheduling is a breeze. This week we had Daniel and his team (Pablo and Latrell) out to our home to hydro scrub our side sewer in preparation for a home sale. The crew was quick, left our back yard clean and tidy, and they provided a video recording and images of their work for us to give to our realtor. Daniel was available via text as well, which made communication easy. 10/10 would hire again!

I’ve had excellent experiences with Mr Rooter across multiple appointments. The technicians are friendly, professional and very thorough. I have high confidence in the work they’ve done in my home and they’ve won my business for the long term. No it is not cheap, but no reputable plumber is cheap. They’ve been on time and prompt, and I’ve been able to schedule work done typically within 1-2 days.
Robert was efficient and friendly. He outlined the cost clearly before doing the work and there was no commitment to do the work beforehand because they don’t charge a fee to show up. The work was scheduled and completed all within the span of a couple of hours. I’ve now used two plumbing services in the area, and this one feels like it provides a better value for what is paid. Thanks so much for the assistance!
