I will start by saying the technician was very polite and professional. I began by telling him where I thought I had a clog ( and I was correct ). The technician gave an estimate of $771.00 to use a pipe snake and attempt to unclog my drain. I was in a bind and needed the drain cleared. I signed the agreement and consequently it didn’t work. He felt as though going further back and pulling the toilet to snake may work for additional money. I signed the contract because I needed it fixed. Long story short $925.50 later and my pipe wasn’t fixed. I had to have someone else come flush the drain. My only issue is not with the provider. They had me sign a contract before the work was done making no promises. I get that. But charging nearly a grand to pipe snake in an area that was very easy to get to in my opinion was excessive. He quoted me $842.62 to flush the line on top of what I paid. In all if I would have used all of the quotes I’d be in about three thousand dollars for a clogged pipe that the next plumber fixed for a few hundred bucks. They are probably a good company but they are VERY EXPENSIVE in my opinion.
Because they were so great with our busted waterline in the front yard, I called them again when I had a plugged up line. They sent Luis back out, he was the one who came out before, and he unclouded our line and replaced our old toilet with a new one! He’s great! They are all great! Would definitely recommend
Mr. Rooter offers quick service and qualified technicians. It's not the first or second time calling and had phenomenal service. Did I mention the prices are reasonably affordable. You know up front what the issue(s) are and cost. I would recommend them to my family and friends!
The Rooter Plumbing team recently inspected and replaced our tankless water heater with a new one, and we could not be happier with the results! The managers and technicians were courteous, professional, and very clear in explaining each step of the process. After spending Thanksgiving without hot water, it was such a relief to finally have a fully functioning system again. The team worked efficiently, kept us well informed, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. Overall, we are extremely pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and excellent customer care. Thank you, Rooter Plumbing, for bringing hot water back into our home!
This company really delivered for me today! I needed immediate help with a drainage issue on the washing machine. The dispatcher was super friendly and helpful. Jason Davis the master plumber arrived within 1 hour and efficiently took care of the problem. Super nice fellow. I also really like the value and mission statements that they will provide top-notch service! I will definitely be coming back for any future issues I might have. Hopefully that’s a long way off in the future!
