Good service. Can fix small issues within the same day. Can also source parts for intel laptop, but will take a while.
I have used this repair shop twice now. The first laptop had a defective keyboard which they fixed, the second had a severe motherboard issue which I decided wasn't worth fixing but they extracted the hard drive for me and I was able to access my files. Highly recommend, great service!
Best repair shop I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. I consulted with this shop for 2 issues. First he managed to fix, unbuild and rebuild a computer build with a faulty PSU and burnt motherboard after accurately diagnosing the problem very quickly, as well as giving me good and accurate pointers for replacement parts with the best quality/price ratio. All for a very reasonable price despite the labor involved and repeated phone calls. Second, I went through him for my small business. Our main computer’s hard drive was heavily failing, yet he was able to place the order for a replacement hard drive for me despite the computer requiring a very specialized equipment, quickly recover all data, as well as install the new drive with twice as much storage as before. The price was again extremely reasonable, and he even spent nearly an hour over the phone helping me with the setup to ensure we could get back to work ASAP at no extra cost. This repair shop is well located, very responsive, offers very affordable prices, and professional expert service. We will be using it for all future issues without hesitation.
A very reliable service and helpful guide. My dell g5 laptop had a broken hinge. The guy’s diagnosis was single hinge fix, while the technician discovered a both hinges issue, he provided me a photo and illustrated the process. They fixed them properly and gave me a discount for the both hinges fix, as they underestimated the issue earlier. Only one day to fix everything.
I'm extremely disappointed with this computer repair business! They promised to fix the issue with my laptop’s hinge and charged me $115 for their services. When I received the repaired laptop, I was shocked to see that they had done a minimal job at best. It looked like nothing more than a cosmetic touch-up – a few new screws were all they put in. The cover wasn’t properly aligned, and it's clear that they didn't actually fix the hinge issue. As a parent, this is especially frustrating since my kids rely on this laptop for their studies. Now, I have to deal with an expensive repair that doesn’t even look like it was done right. Their definition of "fixed" must be different from mine because the laptop still can’t open and close properly. The hinge cover isn't in place either. It looks like a shoddy job, and I'm not impressed.
