Thank you Jay for helping out. My car hit a pothole and the side wall had a small tear. Jay came and replaced the tire on a - 14° (wind chill - 30°) weather.
Haydar was my technician. He arrived in about an hour after I called. He was pretty efficient and was done in about 30 minutes. The van is a full service tire shop on wheels. The price was reasonable as well. Would recommend!
Excellent service. Like that they worked around my schedule. The technician that came out to change my rim to a new one was pleasant and professional. Got factory tyre pressure, and swapped out the rim accessoires from my damaged rim to my new rim
Do not get any work done by these people. I had a flat tire in Waterloo so I called them to come out and fix it. Firstly, the guy who came out scratched the crap out of my brand new wheel, I called his manager and they both said "There is no way we did that". They ended up giving me only 15% off which was about $10 off the $100 bill. Secondly, as the guy was putting my lug bolts back in he didn't hand thread any of the bolts, instead used an impact gun! He fully stripped the bolt, which means I now have to replace the entire hub assembly ($850 parts and labor). I have reached out twice on the phone with 2 different managers, provided images of the stripped bolt and threads on the hub and have yet to hear back from anyone. Terrible company, terrible service, I would not trust your car with them AT ALL!
Tire prices were good and they ordered them in next day. They came out to my house. Very nice and polite techs. They had my old tires off and new ones installed in no time. Balancing of the new tires was super. Extremely well done. Best tire balancing I've ever had. I highly recommend them.
