4 year old had a run in with the coffee table and we needed it glued together. Everything about our experience was really smooth and professional. A bit of a wait for the doctor but they got us into a room and seen by a nurse right away instead of hanging out in the waiting room. The team were all really friendly and helped my kid feel comfortable and safe. We were even offered beverages and he left with a handful of lollipops and stickers, plotting his tell-off to our coffee table. Amazing team— will be going back for any future kid injuries!
It was very easy when I made an appointment. They had full availability when I went to schedule the day before. Trying to schedule the day off, the availability goes away and the wait time is like 6-8hours with only one other person in the clinic so I'm not sure if they're just not really fully staffed or what. Once you get in the service is great though, easy in and out for me. I only went for a quick lab test though so didn't need a full workup & can't speak to that.
They will have 3 patients and say it’s booked for rest of the night @6pm 😭 got there it was empty. But had one doctor. Thankful atleast we had some ice pack picked up
I had a great experience at this urgent care. Even as a walk-in, I was only waiting about three minutes before being called back. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. They answered all my questions and made the whole process quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen right away. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan of care. The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the visit even smoother. I truly felt cared for and respected. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care to anyone who needs fast, reliable, and compassionate care!
