We wanted our kids to have some experience playing music and Jason has been teaching one or the other, sometimes both, for going on 5 years now. He's taught one the piano and the guitar and the other the piano and the harmonica. He's been great with them and has always been very patient and understanding even when they were at their grumpiest. I highly encourage anyone to take lessons from Jason!

I’ve been taking guitar lessons from Jason for almost three years. I’m older (retired) and have wanted to learn the guitar on more depth. Jason’s instruction and guidance has helped immensely. Jason’s knowledge of the guitar and music in general is broad and deep. And, most importantly to me, he able to explain more complex aspects of music in a way that is understandable. He also teaches bass guitar, mandolin, and piano. In addition to his abilities as a teacher, he is very personable; easy to talk to, very “down to earth”. I can recommend him as a teacher without reservation.
