This gym was one of the best things that happened to me in 2025. Great people, very friendly and supportive. I’ve been training with Brian and have enjoyed working with him. The owners (Annie and Kenny) other trainers like Larry and staff (Sam) have always been welcoming, kind and supportive. So glad I found this gem. 24/7 hassle free access - great environment!

I am posting this as a serious community safety warning. On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 5:00 AM, I entered this center seeking emergency assistance for a significant gasoline spill on my hands. Despite the clear hazardous nature of the chemical, the owner was extremely hostile and actively refused to allow me to wash the fuel off my skin or use a phone for safety assistance. As a neighbor and potential customer, I was shocked that a business would prioritize hostility over basic public safety protocols during a hazardous material emergency. A facility's commitment to safety is best measured during an actual crisis; the aggressive refusal to allow a simple safety wash-off reflects a dangerous lack of professional responsibility. As shown in other low reviews of this gym, this pattern of hostile and unprofessional ownership appears to be a systemic issue. I would not trust this establishment with my safety or membership. This conduct appears to be part of a systemic pattern of poor business ethics, dishonesty, and hostility as detailed in other public reviews (e.g., a review from Levi B describes how the owner, Annie, uses deceptive practices, blames staff for policy failures, and withholds owed funds). I am reporting this behavior to emphasize that the owner demonstrates a history of hostile and unprofessional interactions. One last note: As I left the building (as per her demand), the owner's final act was to loudly shout a sarcastic 'Thank you, goodbye!' after me. This final display of passive-aggression confirmed that her earlier hostility was not a fluke, but a deliberate choice to be unprofessional even as I was leaving her space. About the response: I don't know Annie nor the woman who I interacted with today, and I wish Annie well with her surgery. Irrespective, refusing a person the ability to wash flammable gasoline off their skin remains a serious safety issue that I stand by reporting.

I’m leaving a one-star review due to both the condition of the gym and the unprofessionalism of the ownership. I originally chose this gym because it was open 24/7, but the facility itself is very much a hole-in-the-wall. The equipment is old, the space is cramped, and it isn’t well maintained. I stopped going largely because the environment just wasn’t enjoyable or motivating. A couple of months before my annual membership was set to renew, I went to the front desk to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for another year. The staff member working at the time (Nico) looked up my account and told me he processed the cancellation and that I would not be billed. That seemed straightforward. Two months later, I was charged the full annual amount anyway. When I called to resolve it, the owner, Annie, answered. She told me that despite what her employee had said, they “require an email,” and that I would still be responsible for the charge. I explained I had given more than 30 days’ notice in person and had relied on her employee’s instructions. She then said that the employee no longer works there “because of issues like that,” but still insisted the mistake was my responsibility. After a brief back-and-forth, she abruptly said she would refund me and hung up. The refund was not the full amount—I was refunded $450 instead of the $500 I was charged. I was also asked to send a cancellation email afterward, which felt more like creating documentation to shift responsibility than resolving the situation. Between the outdated facility and the way customer issues are handled, I can’t recommend this gym. (If you look at other low reviews, you can see a pattern of defensive and unprofessional responses from the owner. Yes, I’m a real customer.)

Walked in the first time ever, worker was very helpful getting a day pass set up for us. The machines and the surrounding inside the gym including the art work, was top tier. My new favorite gym, if it was closer and not 40 min away I would switch gyms.

I don’t give many gyms 5 starts but I have to with this one because it’s a very low foot traffic gym so you never have to wait on equipment. The vibes are sweet with the lights and I love the old school metal plates and dumbbells. If you are into fitness or bodybuilding then this would be the spot because you and I both know that lifting at commercial gyms suck for when your trying to train. The only thing I’d change here would be to add a cardio bike. Other than that they have stair master and treadmill. Solid gym all around will like minded gym goers.
