I was in the middle of a road trip just before New Year's, when two cracks on my windshield appeared on two diagonal corners of my windshield, and a crack propagated all the way from one crack to another across the entire diagonal. I drove directly to the place because it was too early to call. A few minutes in, I explained my situation. Not only did Sam squeeze me in on a busy day for him, but he also gave me a great discount on my deductible. My windshield was replaced by the afternoon, after 24 hrs, I was back on the road as planned. Great guy! Great attitude! Great service!
My friend recommended this shop to me. Because of traffic, I arrived after 4 pm and wasn’t sure if they could still repair my front windshield—I was prepared to come back another day if not. Fortunately, Sam, the owner, personally helped me with the repair. He was very professional, the price was great, and the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
I searched for days trying to find a “mom and pop” type of small business and I couldn’t find anything.. All was safelite or their affiliates. I was lucky enough to of had a friend randomly recommend them. We had three vehicles done and let me tell you this is THE SPOT!!!! I will forever tell anyone that this place is the needle in a haystack. The owner Sam, handled the front desk while Alex and Gab were the tech’s doing the work. All my questions were answered before the work was done and I felt confident in the work and the business. I would recommend anyone with a glass issue to come here. If you have made a few calls prior to My Auto Glass then you’ll know how it feels to hear their pricing. Overall a great experience from the phone call to me driving away.
This is the ONLY place I have gone to since I first needed them in 2018. 6 visits over the past 7 years on 3 different vehicles and they have remained the most accommodating affordable glass repair company! My windshield broke last night. I emailed at 5:10 pm and received a response within hours despite it being after closing. They were able to squeeze me in this morning and we're done in 45 mins as well as wiped down my dash which the extra mile was not lost on me with this being our dusty ranch vehicle! Thats been typical each time I needed them! Cannot say enough good things or recommend this business enough, thank you again to Sam and his team!
They first fixed a chip on my Tesla model 3. They did a great job. Fyi, you will always see a small imperfection no matter how good is the job. Before he starts, Sam warns you of a 7% chance that the crack can get worse, but just give him the job and he will do a great. Encouraged, I brought my wife's Sienna that had a non fixable crack over the camera/sensor. It needed a windshield replacement. He also did a great job, including alignment and handling the insurance. In short, just a great service!
