This company is the absolute worst. And if you're thinking, well maybe you just had a bad rep... The senior guy set up my policy. Our Auto policy had my email and phone number but the name on the policy was my wife's. My wife does not have my last name and our email addresses consist of our names. Our homeowners insurance is in my name with my wife's email and her phone number. This may seem like a minor inconvenience, but in the time of multi-factor authentication, it is an absolute nightmare. Can it be changed? I guess it's possible but My Insurance Group said it wasn't. We ended up having a bunch of bad experiences with the insurance company, which has nothing to do with My Insurance Group. However, when we went through a different broker and set up a new policy, My Insurance Group has refused to cancel the Homeowners Insurance Policy on their end despite multiple verbal and written requests to do so. I'm leaving this review right now because they just emailed me again about it!
Lawrence at My Insurance Group is the best! Extremely helpful every time I called. He made dealing with insurance quotes 100% more effective and was always ready to answer any questions I had. I would Highly recommend Lawrence and My Insurance Group for any future insurance needs.
Eric has attention for details, focusing on the concerns for my small business. He’s got a fantastic staff. That always responds quickly when we actually need them. Welp, for me it was that time of year to look into seeing if I could find more affordable car insurance. I've been with My Ins Grp I think the last yr or two and the people there have been wonderful especially Nicole who I have to say I put through the ringer looking for better rates. I just am having a hard time understanding these insurance companies. I'm paying more as a senior citizen as a stable driver in no rush to go any where then I was when I was a new driver at 18 in a hurry to go every where. Nicole was very patient, kind and understanding with this cranky old lady and in the end she exhausted every avenue there was and gave me sound options and advice. I am very very happy with Nicole and her service and My Ins Grp and look forward to doing this dance all over again in 6 months. Well, not really looking forward to having to jump through all these hoops again but I guess the day of yearly policies are gone. Talk to you again in June Nicole. Oh and the question below about how I feel about the price which shows above this review is no relection on Nicole or the agency. There is nothing great nor reasonable about rate hikes with zero claims. That's just more profit for the insurance companies which will hike premiums if you even make a claim. So your dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.
Great experience with My Insurance Group for my house and landlord insurance. Allison was wonderful to work with—very friendly, responsive, and quick to help whenever I had questions. She made the process easy and stress-free. I really appreciate her timely communication and support and would definitely recommend both Allison and My Insurance Group!
