I had heard good things but unfortunately had a bad experience with the Plano location. - brought vehicle in at 8am for a new windshield appointment. - was told same day - they have an AI agent and a web portal for status which doesn’t tell you work hasn’t even started so couldn’t figure out vehicle status all day - took uber back up to the shop at 5pm but found out work had not started. - wasted $50 on Ubers and a full day for them to tell me they didn’t have techs to do the work. - no one proactively called me about the issue - they claimed not starting until 5pm and finishing late that night was still same day despite my 8am drop off and their shop closing at 5pm. I’m not going back late at night and I need my car. - I’m out $50, my time, and still need a new windshield. Complete waste.
This experience was better than I could have imagined—prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I had to have my windshield replaced, and the service was completed in less than an hour (although they said it could take up to an hour and a half). If I ever need my windshield repaired again, I would definitely use them!
I would rate this place 10 stars if I could! From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed. The service was expected to last 2 hours, but I was out of there within 1.5. Unfortunately, the fabric in my car got nipped while they were working on my car. They were honest in telling me and ordered me a replacement to make it right. Overall, I’m so happy with the service provided!
Unfortunately, my experience here has been extremely disappointing. For those considering this business, I urge you to read my experience. I had my rear window replaced on June 20th, 2025. Initially, the installation wasn't perfect. I noticed glass shards still lodged on the left edge. But when I pointed this out, they removed them, taking additional 40 minutes. However, about 30 minutes after leaving, I discovered that the newly installed rear window has completely shattered. Upon inspecting the cracks, it was evident that the damage originated precisely from the area where the glass shards had been removed earlier. It was plausible that hidden shards left in the frame had caused stress fracture during driving or opening / closing the trunk, as local technicians I contacted also agreed. When I called the shop to resolve the issue, I spoke with Stephanie. She adamantly insisted their tempered glass couldn't break outside the shop. After clearly outlining my observations and opinions of the local technicians, Stephanie offered another glass replacement at half the price. When I requested a full refund due to my lost trust in the business, Stephanie's response quickly escalated into hostility. Stephanie kept repeating that their glass can’t break unless from an outside force in a yelling tone and rude manner consistently cutting me off, when I consistently tried to convince her of possibility of mistake happening in the shop. I testified that I drove the car and was in the car when the glass broke; no outside object was found in or near the vehicle; she repeated her points again, implying that I was lying. Over a nearly hour long call, I was repeatedly yelled at rudely and made a liar. The call ultimately resulted in Stephanie abruptly hanging up on me mid-conversation, leaving me speechless. Mistakes happen in any business; however, how this situation was handled reflect the company's integrity. Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution when considering this business. I was calling around getting crazy prices and scheduling weeks out with all the big name companies like Safelight, Caliber, and Glass doc, it was a nightmare and I needed my car fixed ASAP. But this business saw me right away gave me a fair price and AND NO ROBOTS on the phone, just a real person! The same person that greeted me at the door when I arrived was who I was talking too. I love this company and won't go anywhere else for any auto glass issues. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
