Mysti and her team were exceptional every step of the way in our home purchase. Her team member Lilly accompanied us on all our home visits and was extremelu organized, responsive, and flexible. Mysti provided great insights on properties that we were interested in, and saw lots of fine details we would have missed. We would absolutely work with them again.
I was the buyer of a property that was represented and sold by Diane and X. They purchased the property as a flip so were the agents and the sellers. They were very friendly and accommodating at first but as soon as my offer was in, things went south. I feel they were pretty deceitful and didn’t follow through with anything we spoke about in regard to handling certain issues with how some of the renovation work was done before settlement or after. With this verbal agreement, I forfeited a formal inspect in order to work within their wishes and quick timeline for closing.They have been very unresponsive; more concerned with an unfavorable review than helping me figure out a solution when asked. It's really disappointing. If you’re looking for agents who follow through, or at least actually care about their properties or the people involved, I don’t recommend their team.

They are subject matter experts all around the White Rock Lake area and some of the hardest working real estate professionals we’ve worked with anywhere. Can’t say enough about their customer service and care. They are truly amazing.

My client had a very tight timeline so Mysti had it her top priority to move quickly, show homes, negotiated an offer and get the home closed in a very short period.
