The initial luxury feel to this salon was very pleasant. It looked very professional and was relaxing for the most part. But the customer service from the from desk was terrible. They were not friendly. I asked for nails that were shorter with a neutral color (specifically brown were my words) and NO design because I’m in the military. The nail tech did not soak off the prior set she simply took a fake acrylic nail and used it to rip off the old set including some of my nails! I was in a lot of pain and as a new nail girly I know that’s not the correct way to do it! Especially when the client has fragile nail beds. She suggested 4 other colors instead of what I asked for and insisted on a design only to increase the price. I eventually just gave up and said okay to whatever she wanted to do with my nails. I will NOT be returning to this place. Thank the Lord my nails still turned out decently. First and LAST experience with them. I was very uncomfortable all around.
Lynn and Alice have done my mani/pedis, and both do an excellent job! They’re also very nice. Miss Freddie gave my four year old her first manicure tonight and was so sweet! 10/10 I would recommend any of these ladies! 🥰
Mia was excellent in both in my manicure and pedicure! She recommended my nail color choice and I am so pleased with the results! The massage and gun massage were amazing! I highly recommend her being your nail technician.
Took my daughter here to get her nails painted for back to school. She loved her sparkly purple nails. The staff is very nice and our nail tech was so sweet with my daughter. I will be back to get my own services next! It was very clean and beautiful inside. I highly recommend!
The atmosphere was nice. My nails are not $90 worth. They are thick. Chrome is missing on parts of my nails, no cuticle work. I am not excited about them what-so-ever. Unfortunately this was my first time coming here, and just a bummer. I honestly just want it filed off and clear over it or a partial refund.
