The screen of my MacBook air broke, and Apple told me it would be minimum 500 and take around 4 weeks to get it fixed. I reached out to Nanosystems and they had screens already in stock and said they would be able to fix it that very day. They actually ended up delivering my MacBook to me within a couple hours of me dropping it off! They were super easy to communicate with as well!
Had a problem with a laptop and PC. Tried to fix it myself and have a “tech” buddy get it done. Bad idea. They would not connect even though OneDrive should have made everything the same on both units. Nanosystems fixed my errors, found some reliable and affordable parts to fix my tech and transferred all my old data to new storage. Basically seamless transition.
Nanosystems has served all my online and computer needs for nearly a decade, including buying my Apple computer from them. I am 77 and not very computer literate, so I do have mostly simple issues (to Nanosystems), but everything is complex to me. Sometimes I go into their conveniently located shop, but mostly I just call them and they can fix most any problem that way, usually the same day. They are honest, very capable, reasonably priced, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
These guys are awesome. I have used them for MacBook fixes a couple of times and were professional and didn’t charge for some of the easiest stuff which was very nice. Highly recommend!
They fixed my computer fast cheap and easy. Super friendly service also! I will come back here for all my computer needs.
