I couldn’t have had a more pleasant home buying experience without the help of Joel Newman at the Ashton Real Estate Group. He drove countless hours to tour different houses with me, and worked tirelessly to get as much information prior to the tours. Once we found the right house, he was up at all hours of the night to ensure negotiations went smoothly and the seller was holding up their end of repairs. He’s extremely well versed in his field, and I couldn’t imagine another agent working half as hard as he did. I can’t say enough good things about Joel, he’s extremely honest and transparent, as well as trustworthy with your investment. From the moment we talked to Guy Fell, my husband and I knew he was the right person to help find a home in Tennessee. He was awesome to work with, super understanding of our needs, which were very specific and always going the extra mile for us. It wasn’t easy because we were relocating from Florida and we were looking at the whole state of Tennessee, not just a specific location. Guy sent us places to look at by email almost everyday, he stayed in contact by text too, and drove to so many places for us. He also answered all of our questions. We just found out perfect home and just closed on it. We are so happy we had Guy with us on this journey. We highly recommend him! Guy is a great real estate agent but also a wonderful human being.
