I was pleasantly surprised by my time with Larry and his crew. They were professional, courteous and solved my keyboard problem while I waited. They also saved me money, which was greatly appreciated! They are my new “first stop” for computer and other tech repair needs.

One of the shift keys on my MacBook air was not working. First, they kept it for four days, did an internal cleaning, and it worked good for sometime. Then the same problem came back after ten days and had to take it to them for a serious inspection. They left it for another three days and did nothing. They would never call or text with any update. I had to show up every time in their store for an update. Please value customer's time.
This was the worst experience ever. The owner Larry did not return phone calls or texts. Several deadlines and promises were not met. I finally went to the office to get my Mac.There were several angry customers there. Larry was very disrespectful and lied and said the tech was just finishing work. The tech came out and said he could not fix my Mac after having it for 2 weeks. I demanded a refund and my computer. The owner lacks professional and is inexperienced working on Macs. Btw this business goes by several names.
Our son managed to break a piece of the charging wire and it was imbedded in the port. After several attempts to take it out we decided to take it to Nashville Max Repair. It took them a few minutes to fix the problem and we were back in business. And on top of all the excellent service we received, they refused to charge us anything.
