I messaged DOA on FB and received a reply within an hour. A tech was sent out the next day, which was a Saturday. The tech found gaps in our roof fascia which allowed rodents access, so a roofer they work with came by that afternoon and gave me a quote. Another employee came by and offered advice on a different area, and his solution would not cost us a cent. Every employee interaction was pleasant, thorough and helpful. The decision to work with them to rectify our pest issues was an easy one.
The tech they sent over was so knowledgeable and kind. Their communication with us was consistent, quick and very customer friendly. From our consult to reaching out to the first time we had SUCH a wonderful experience. I would recommend 10/10! Thanks DOA!
I reached out to DOA on a Monday and was able to get service the same week. Appreciated them servicing on a Saturday as well. Dalton was great at taking down spider webs and wasp nest and spraying around the interior and exterior of the house. He went into the attic and checked in the crawl spaces too. Showed up on time and gave text and phone call notice.
DOA provided immediate solutions to a rat issue I was having in my home. Business owner Christina took my call and scheduled my quote. She was warm and helpful. Nathan arrived the same day to provide an inspection to my property. He was very reassuring, personable and helped put my worries at ease. The next day, Brad spent hours on the exclusion work, and I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough he was on the project. All to say, two days ago I was at my wits end with rats in my house, and DOA set me up with a great plan to address the immediate issue and to prevent it from happening again. All for a reasonable price point and absolutely zero high pressure sales tactics.
DOA has been a great pest control service for us, from Jack who sold us the service to Dalton who has been our service technician for both of our appointments. Dalton does an amazing job. He is kind, courteous, and respectful. He took his time to make sure every part of our home was protected and that he addressed all of our concerns. I highly recommend them.
