i signed up with Latoya for 10 massages but her schedule was always booked solid and suddenly now, i don't get any response to texts when i try to reach out. i was happy with her massage technique but am very frustrated by the lack of availability or communication. now i'm out several hundred dollars and can't get any response from Latoya at all. i'm not happy. Edited to add: the owner is saying I signed up for nine massages and canceled them all as last minute cancelations, which is not accurate. I communicated with Latoya and the scheduling software, which had very little availability each week. I tried reaching out to her directly and now am being accused of what, I'm not sure exactly. I paid money and did not receive the services I paid for. I'm not going after them for a refund, but their response seems unnecessary to me.
Paid for the two massage offer. Got the first one, no problem. Tried reaching out for the second (as per her request, just text her to schedule the second one) and she wouldn’t respond. Basically paid 2x the price for one massage. Wont be recommending or returning. And will attempt to get my money back.
Latoya, is a wonderful intuitive massage therapist. She's works those knots out of my body. And my body is a rough one. I be feeling rejuvenated, relax, and tired all at the same time when I come from her appointments. She's very passionate about her craft and professional. I always look forward to our appointments.
It has only been recent that I have started back with massage therapy as a part of my recovery and self care. Actually received a birthday gift to Natural Enchancement Day Spa and first session with LaToya I was sold on her being my next massage therapist. Life on life terms causes stress and anxiety and that day I decided that massage therapy would be imperative to the well-being of my mental and physical health.
Natural Enhancement Day Spa is simply amazing💜💜💜! Hands down Latoya gives the best massage I have ever had. When I leave there, I feel so relaxed and she’s helping me with the pain I’ve been in with having sciatica. She shares tips with me and things I need to do when I’m at home to help with the pain when it does flare up. I totally recommend them what I really love is the fact that the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing and I love how clean they are there. Latoya has such a great personality and I feel so welcome here, I am so glad that I found them. I also see Kim for my body contouring needs. She is fabulous. I can’t say enough of how great she is as well. I look forward to coming to these appointments with her and look forward to my next appointment. I’m actually seeing results which is awesome. I highly recommend Natural Enhancement Day Spa for massage, massages, or any body contouring, and they actually offer several other things. You will never be disappointed 😊.
