Dr Obayan and the staff are really nice and welcoming. I do enjoy my visits and we are able to list issues and pick the high point ones to talk about. Dr Obayan is very knowledgeable and gives great tips and advice for skin care or any care relating to your issue.
Dr. Obayan and her staff were pleasant and thorough in diagnosing and treating my daughter's discoid lupus. It was our first visit to a dermatologist as well as her first biopsy so my daughter had lots of questions. Dr. Obayan and her staff answered our questions and kept a calm, professional demeanor, which I appreciated. The front desk staff were also cordial and polite. Billing hasn't been an issue so far.
Highly recommend this establishment and doctor. All staff had exceptional customer service skills. Dr. Obayan was caring and knowledgeable about my condition.
I give DR Obayan a 10 star for her bedside mannerism, attention to detail and Overall Professional Acumen in addressing all issues presented to her. She even acknowledged an issue I was not aware of in which she then proceeded to bring the issue to My attention!! I appreciate All this along with her professional staff that supports her!!
I ignored a friend’s warning—big mistake. This business improperly kept my deposit for a consultation they canceled, and months later, it’s still unresolved despite speaking directly with Dr. Obayan. The staff are rude, the service is broken, and their handling of patient funds is unacceptable. Believe the one-star reviews. They’ve crossed the line.
