This place is horrible stay far far away!!! They are a scam. Not only did the owner lie about the quality of hair and and the style. She said it was human hair and she sold me chemically fried hair that i couldent even brush out it was frizzy tangled and used bundles. My sister is a licensed cosmetologist and told me i got scammed. The hair install was so poorly done and loose thread were hanging off and they drenched the hair they sold me in oil saying it would make the frizz go away. For being "new" bundles it shouldent have needed all that. The owner saw a person that was new to this and took advantage. The place where they did the install was dusty and dirty insanitary and didnt even have the tools needed to do it properly. The hair she sold me not only was horrible quality i had to have it removed the next day and had to shamefully go to work with that on my head. I couldent even brush the hair out it was shedding and fried and frizzy beyond repair. Not only did this experience give me trauma but rashes to the back of my neck and side of my scalp and ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came for a wig install. She didn’t have anything needed for the install besides a comb and gel. She told me be careful by water because it will come off. And cut my wig unevenly. I was watching her steps and told her that the wig wasn’t even in the front to which “she told me I’m gonna fix it after I glue it on” then once it was glued on, she did not fix it. She didn’t color the lace of the wig, so the tones were off. And after all this, I was not able to get a refund. I would not recommend this place for install. I would MAYBE recommend them for braids.
Went and not only was able to purchase hair from the beauty supply I was able to set an appointment with Zahara for the very next day which was a last-minute appointment for my birthday and she got me in and got me out. Looking good smelling good feeling good I will be returning they are a bit on the expensive side. but if you calculate the drive all the way to Oakland or San Francisco where there's more urban hair supplies the gas is going to take you to get there and the snacks and food or whatever else is going to take you to get there while you're there it will cost you the same amount just to go ahead and buy it right here from Nefertiti's. and you will be putting the money into a black on business as well as back into Santa Clara county and until our community. There are a few more hair stylists there that do just braids and some of them do makeup so you can look them up on Booksy or go down to the shop off of McKee and capital in San Jose and just give them a look around over their things and just talk to somebody Miss Kim is very nice she was so nice and so helpful and so patient.
Lawonna hace un excelente trabajo con mi cabello. Mis rastas empezaron muy cortas y, en 6 meses, he visto un crecimiento exponencial. El personal de aquí es amable y muy acogedor.
