Anna and Mike helped our family sell our dad's house after he could no longer live on his own. Their prompt response, professionalism and care made a difficult situation way easier than anyone could have imagined. They exceeded our expectations in all aspects of this process but especially in communication. Our family resides in Maine and they managed this entire transaction remotely. Our family was able to trust in their work because they followed through on their word. We would highly recommend them for any real estate matter and would 100% work with them in the future.
My husband and I just purchased a home using Anna Klinger as our real estate agent. Anna is 5 Star+. Anna is very knowledgeable and experienced with the home buying/selling process. She is a great communicator and highly effective during the negotiation process. We have used many different agents for buying and selling over the last forty years and hands down Anna has been the best.
Where to begin... 1. From the day we were meant to get our keys, Aubrie kept pushing our time. She had personal situations going on that are understandable but not our concern. If she was not able to get us keys, the office should have sent someone more available. 2. The home we rented was not professionally cleaned when we moved in. Not inside, not the front yard or the backyard. While that did upset us, we needed somewhere to live and we were okay with cleaning it ourselves ONLY because we met the homeowner and he was very very kind to us. He connected us with his personal handyman who helped us out with little things around the house, things the property team would have taken weeks to respond to. 3. When we got our first notice about the lease expiration we responded that we were interested in renewing. (We were comfortable enough for it being a rental that would never be ours.) We never heard back. Not for weeks and we only did because my husband reached out and asked for an update on the next steps. 4. There was times we texted Aubrie for help, she never responded. This time was at the beginning of our lease. We got a letter from the HOA about the front yard and the property management reached out. We informed them Aubrie never scheduled the move in landscaping and we were not going to pay for it. They agreed, but seriously? We had to get a letter from the HOA to get some kind of action from them... 5. Ultimately, because of their lack of urgency, we decided not to renew. 6. We were mistaken about a section of the lease and for that we accept fault, but Anna Klinger is crazy unprofessional. She began making excuses as to why it took so long to get a response. Quite the paragraph honestly. We did not receive our itemized deposit refund/invoice until the 30th day at 9:15PM. Tell me that's not unprofessional. One more day and we could have taken legal action. In conclusion, if you want a property management who is completely hands off, go for it. Otherwise, stay away. They are no help, they do not take accountability, and Anna is just rude. We appreciate the homeowner, as he was more available than them.
I had a great 3 year journey with Nevada Desert Realty, living in one of there many properties they manage. Any problem I had they fixed promptly. They never overstepped boundaries, which is an issue I had with other landlords in my past. Always a warm and welcoming environment when visiting their office. Make sure to choose them for a peaceful living experience!
I've been a renter for Over 30 years. It's very important to have good property management company. I have left good and bad reviews for these companies. Nevada Desert Reality is by far the best. We had a small issue with drains, not draining fast enough, causing some leaks through the plunger In both bathrooms.. Almost immediately there was a proper plumber here, taking pictures of the situation and then showing back up 2 hours later with the parts and by noon both of my bathrooms have new faucets, new drains and new plungers. So very happy with the job that was completed as well as how fast it was done. There's no way this would have happened without Anna from Nevada Desert Reality and Property Management. We've lived here for a little over a year. We've been with them from day one. Anna has been with us since day one. To see how our very first issue gets handled properly and efficiently., and everybody's happy, feels really good. The fact that we haven't had any other problems is a clear testament that Nevada Desert Realty and Property Management, and Anna are performing an excellent job. Thank you, Aaron, Aubrey, and Anna.
