Owner is young with zero business and communicating skills, I was told for 2 weeks now he and his crew was coming by my house, they never showed up on the days he said. He wouldn't even reply to text messages or return my phone calls.. As a business owner myself, one of the most important things is communicating with customers and this kid gave zero effort.
I've had nothing but great experiences with this company. They communicate ahead of time, arrive when they say they will, are consistent in the work they do, and are very efficient in their work. We have zero complaints!
Eduardo and his crew have been great. He’s prompt, has very reasonable prices, goes the extra mile, and is expanding into turf and sprinklers. We’re glad we found him!
New Green Landscaping has been such a relief to find. I've been ill for some time now and haven't been able to even sweep the leaves off my walkway. My yards are transformed! Not only has the customer service been kind, their communication is stellar. I really appreciated the updates as progress was made. I shared them with my sister and she was astounded by the changes. I'm looking forward to a regular maintenance schedule in the future. I would not have been able to start this project on my own.
