Started with the two week trial. The space and teachers really show off how well managed the studio is. I can rely on NYP for great time and an efficient workout.
If you like classical reformer pilates, this is the spot! I have scoliosis so I have to be careful when picking my workouts but this has quickly become my go to. Also love the beautiful windows.
I did the week trial here back in April after a running injury required me to do only low impact workouts. I'd done pilates before, ranging from lagree to more intro, but hadn't found something that felt like a fit for me. Georgia's classes quickly grew to be my favorite - they're both challenging yet accessible, she pays attention to each of her students and feels like an instant friend to the entire class. After my week trial, I tried a few different studios but found that I missed NYP and specifically Georgia's classes, so even post injury recovery, I decided to subscribe to the monthly membership. Cannot recommend her class enough!
Took a class with Elizabeth as my instructor and it was one of best pilates classes I have taken! The movements are controlled yet challenging. Her instructions flow smoothly making it very easy to follow. Can’t wait till my next class!
It is safe to say I am obsessed.... it had been awhile since I have done reformer pilates and was looking for a place to go in the city. I took Nicole's class at 3 PM and loved it. It was the most perfect way to start my weekend. I am so excited to go back and get a package, this is definitely my favorite work out in the city. The amenities were awesome, the studio was beautiful, and I got the best sweat doubled with the most relaxing experience!
