Nick brings an incredible attention to detail and commitment to delivering great results. He's very communicative, talks you through the process, outlines possible challenges ahead of time and is great to work with. We used him in the past several years ago at another home and needed a full floor to roof soft-washing on not just walls, windows and railings but also concrete stained with discoloration and algae from lots of lingering moisture. Nick did a great job working with us on a reasonable cost and stuck around for a very long day even when slowed down by unforeseen drainage issues to make sure everything looked great and that we were happy. We would highly recommend Nick and NewBrite for any power washing needs. The guy is a total pro and brings a great attitude.
Nick at NewBrite did an outstanding job pressure washing my house, garage, driveway, and patio. Unlike other companies, he took the time to inspect each surface first, determining where soft washing versus pressure washing was most appropriate--ensuring great results without unnecessary costs. OK, no hyperbole, but if someone were to deserve it, Nick would be the recipient. Have lived in my home since the 80’s and once we remodeled the front entry in the 90’s, I’ve never seen the front porch, steps, and surround so pristine, despite their associated ages. Nick goes after it; he’s reliable, punctual, real, and all the other attributes you want with someone working at/on your home. You can’t go wrong with this gent and his New Brite offerings. Nick did an amazing job at our house. The steps & front porch were so stained from our potted plants that I never thought it would look nice again. But, Nick did it! I couldn’t be happier with the results!! He also cleaned the stucco on the house in the areas around the porch. Wow!! Truly impressive! He a nice guy, very honest & hard working. We’ll have him tackle other areas around our house now that we know the quality of his work.
